Business Analyst (m/f)

Our client is a global IT services and consulting company specializing in digital transformation, cloud, cybersecurity, and managed services for enterprise clients.

• Modelling business processes, value streams, roles, capabilities and data structures,

• eliciting, analysing and maintaining business and user requirements,

• supporting business stakeholders, Product Owners and IT teams in requirements definition,

• translating business and technical needs into detailed requirements specifications,

• managing requirements throughout the solution lifecycle,

• analysing existing systems and identifying improvement opportunities,

• contributing to business cases, feasibility studies and solution assessments,

• supporting solution design, testing, quality assurance and change management activities,

• designing, validating and optimising business processes,

• identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, service quality and cost effectiveness,

• implementing and monitoring process performance indicators,

• communicating project objectives, scope and business value to stakeholders,

• supporting organisational change initiatives and user readiness activities,

• collaborating with process owners on continuous improvement initiatives,

• supporting strategic planning, implementation roadmaps and business architecture transformation efforts.

• Higher education degree,

• at least 8 years of professional experience in IT,

• at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role,

• English proficiency at C1 level,

• at least 2 certifications in Business Analysis, UML, BPM or equivalent disciplines,

• experience across the full software development lifecycle from analysis to deployment,

• knowledge of BPMN business process modelling,

• ability to elicit, analyse and document business requirements and user stories,

• knowledge of UML, data modelling and other analysis techniques,

• experience with tools such as Enterprise Architect, ARIS or similar,

• strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills,

• experience in projects related to the Schengen Information System (SIS) or systems using SIS data,

• experience with fingerprint scanning, MRZ document scanning or biometric documents with RFID chips,

• knowledge of Data Privacy, DPIA and Information Security Risk Assessment within EU institutions.
