GBS Transition Consultant (M/F)

Responsibilities
Executing transition projects with a strong focus on delivery excellence, while also providing advisory support to clients in the transition domain.
Supporting global clients throughout the entire Business Transformation and Transition lifecycle.
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.
Developing transition strategies and roadmaps, and implementing them within projects.
Working closely with Change Managers to drive the successful adoption of new ways of working.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in Project Management, including a proven track record in delivering transition projects.
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively liaise between key stakeholder groups (Project Teams, Functional Leadership, Local Site Management, GBS
Management, and Knowledge Transfer Teams).
Solid understanding of the GBS/SSC/BPO landscape, including concepts and best practices, supported by hands-on project experience in this area.
Fluency in English (knowledge of French or German will be considered an asset).
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Experience in managing projects and programs (project management certification is a plus).
Strong presentation skills, both in preparing and delivering content.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
