We are currently supporting an international pharmaceutical company in the search for a Digital Manager who will play a key role in developing digital communication and patient engagement for the OTC / Consumer Healthcare portfolio.

This position combines digital marketing strategy, consumer engagement and educational initiatives aimed at building patient awareness and supporting business growth. The role offers a high level of autonomy and the opportunity to shape innovative digital initiatives in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • develop and implement digital marketing strategies for OTC products, focusing on direct engagement with patients and consumers,

  • plan and execute digital campaigns across multiple channels including social media, search, display and content marketing,

  • create and develop educational content and digital initiatives aimed at increasing patient awareness and health education,

  • support digital product launches and strengthen the online visibility of consumer healthcare brands,

  • analyze campaign performance and user behaviour to continuously optimize digital activities and improve results,

  • manage collaboration with external agencies responsible for creative and media campaigns,

  • work closely with internal teams including marketing, sales, medical and regulatory to ensure alignment and compliance with pharmaceutical regulations,

  • identify new digital opportunities and recommend innovative solutions to strengthen the company’s digital ecosystem.

Requirements:

  • min. 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within pharmaceutical, healthcare or consumer health sectors,

  • experience in developing and executing digital campaigns targeting consumers or patients,

  • strong understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign performance analysis,

  • strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to campaign management,

  • experience working with cross-functional teams and external agencies,

  • strong communication and project management skills,

  • fluent English (min. strong B2).
