IT Manager/Director (M/F)

Our Client is a leading manufacturing company committed to innovation, quality, and operational excellence. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a highly experienced IT Manager to lead their technology strategy and ensure robust IT infrastructure across our production facilities.

• develop and implement the overall IT strategy aligned with the company’s business goals,

• oversee all aspects of IT operations, including networks, systems, software, and hardware,

• ensure the security, integrity, and efficiency of IT systems, with a strong focus on cybersecurity and data protection,

• lead, mentor, and manage the IT team to deliver effective technology solutions,

• collaborate with production, operations, and business units to support digital transformation initiatives,

• manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and technology contracts,

• monitor emerging technologies and recommend solutions to enhance productivity and competitiveness.

• proven experience in senior IT leadership roles, preferably within manufacturing or industrial environments,

• strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, and cybersecurity best practices,
