Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation within the Finance / C2R scope (from discovery through go-live).
Drive transformation of finance processes (AP, AR, GL, MDM) within SSC/GBS/BPO environments.
Design the target operating model, including process flows, RACI, SLA, and KPI structures.
Facilitate workshops and gather business requirements from global stakeholders.
Translate business needs into functional ServiceNow solution designs.
Work closely with technical teams on solution configuration, integrations, and data structures.
Oversee UAT, ensure business readiness, and support go-live stabilization.
Identify further optimization opportunities within the client organization.
Requirements
Proven experience in finance process transformation (AP, AR, GL, MDM) in SSC/GBS/BPO environments.
Experience leading or co-leading system implementations from a functional/business perspective.
Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into functional system designs.
Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and implementation lifecycle.
Experience working closely with IT teams and developers.
Very good command of English.
