About the employer

Our client is a global IT services and consulting company specializing in digital transformation, cloud, cybersecurity, and managed services for enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the project across its full lifecycle, from initiation to closure, in line with scope and business objectives,

  • establishing and maintaining project control mechanisms to ensure milestone achievement and timely delivery of outputs,

  • ensuring the quality of deliverables and compliance with agreed standards and requirements,

  • dentifying, monitoring and reporting risks, issues, scope changes and deviations throughout project execution,

  • cooperating with the Project Board and key stakeholders,

  • assigning tasks, supervising delivery and balancing priorities and team workload,

  • planning and controlling project delivery processes,

  • managing internal project communication and maintaining external stakeholder relations,

  • preparing project documentation including plans, schedules and registers,

  • producing and presenting technical and status reports in written and oral formats,

  • organizing and facilitating project meetings.

Requirements

  • Higher education in IT,

  • at least 10 years of professional experience in IT and a minimum of 8 years in a similar role,

  • proven English language proficiency at minimum B2 level confirmed by a certificate (e.g. IELTS, TOEFL, Cambridge) or equivalent evidence of language skills,

  • holding at least 4 valid and internationally recognized certifications, including a minimum of 2 in cybersecurity (e.g. CISSP, CISA, CISM or ISO/IEC 27001) and at least 2 in project or IT service management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PM2 Advanced or ITIL Foundation), with equivalent certifications accepted subject to approval,

  • strong knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, risk management and concepts such as zero trust and defence-in-depth,

  • solid understanding of IT application in business contexts as well as legal and ethical aspects of cybersecurity,

  • practical experience with security standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001 or NIST,

  • advanced project management skills including risk and quality management,

  • strong leadership capabilities and team management experience,

  • excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and stakeholder management skills,

  • experience in vendor and procurement management,

  • familiarity with project methodologies and tools such as PM2, PRINCE2, PMP or ServiceNow,

  • experience in delivering cybersecurity projects within high-security or regulated environments,

  • ability to manage budgets, resources and priorities within cybersecurity programmes and portfolios,

  • willingness to obtain EU Restricted security clearance.
