Our client is a global IT services and consulting company specializing in digital transformation, cloud, cybersecurity, and managed services for enterprise clients.
Responsibilities
Managing the project across its full lifecycle, from initiation to closure, in line with scope and business objectives,
establishing and maintaining project control mechanisms to ensure milestone achievement and timely delivery of outputs,
ensuring the quality of deliverables and compliance with agreed standards and requirements,
dentifying, monitoring and reporting risks, issues, scope changes and deviations throughout project execution,
cooperating with the Project Board and key stakeholders,
assigning tasks, supervising delivery and balancing priorities and team workload,
planning and controlling project delivery processes,
managing internal project communication and maintaining external stakeholder relations,
preparing project documentation including plans, schedules and registers,
producing and presenting technical and status reports in written and oral formats,
organizing and facilitating project meetings.
Requirements
Higher education in IT,
at least 10 years of professional experience in IT and a minimum of 8 years in a similar role,
proven English language proficiency at minimum B2 level confirmed by a certificate (e.g. IELTS, TOEFL, Cambridge) or equivalent evidence of language skills,
holding at least 4 valid and internationally recognized certifications, including a minimum of 2 in cybersecurity (e.g. CISSP, CISA, CISM or ISO/IEC 27001) and at least 2 in project or IT service management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PM2 Advanced or ITIL Foundation), with equivalent certifications accepted subject to approval,
strong knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, risk management and concepts such as zero trust and defence-in-depth,
solid understanding of IT application in business contexts as well as legal and ethical aspects of cybersecurity,
practical experience with security standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001 or NIST,
advanced project management skills including risk and quality management,
strong leadership capabilities and team management experience,
excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and stakeholder management skills,
experience in vendor and procurement management,
familiarity with project methodologies and tools such as PM2, PRINCE2, PMP or ServiceNow,
experience in delivering cybersecurity projects within high-security or regulated environments,
ability to manage budgets, resources and priorities within cybersecurity programmes and portfolios,
willingness to obtain EU Restricted security clearance.
