Responsibilities
Lead, develop, and grow a Controlling team supporting multiple countries and sales entities.
Define the team structure, participate in recruitment, and support employee development.
Coordinate the transition of activities from local teams to the global Controlling organization.
Standardize and improve controlling processes, including budgeting, forecasting, month-end closing, management reporting, and cost controlling.
Ensure high-quality, timely delivery of controlling activities and provide valuable business insights.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Finance, Controlling, and Marketing & Sales, supporting business decisions with financial expertise.
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in Controlling (Sales/Commercial Controlling is an advantage).
Previous experience managing a team or leading projects and cross-functional initiatives.
Experience building, developing, or scaling teams is a plus.
Background in transformation, transition, or change management.
Strong analytical skills, ownership, and a proactive approach.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment.
Good knowledge of English and Polish (minimum B2 level).
SAP S/4HANA knowledge is an advantage.
