Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop, and grow a Controlling team supporting multiple countries and sales entities.

  • Define the team structure, participate in recruitment, and support employee development.

  • Coordinate the transition of activities from local teams to the global Controlling organization.

  • Standardize and improve controlling processes, including budgeting, forecasting, month-end closing, management reporting, and cost controlling.

  • Ensure high-quality, timely delivery of controlling activities and provide valuable business insights.

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Finance, Controlling, and Marketing & Sales, supporting business decisions with financial expertise.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in Controlling (Sales/Commercial Controlling is an advantage).

  • Previous experience managing a team or leading projects and cross-functional initiatives.

  • Experience building, developing, or scaling teams is a plus.

  • Background in transformation, transition, or change management.

  • Strong analytical skills, ownership, and a proactive approach.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment.

  • Good knowledge of English and Polish (minimum B2 level).

  • SAP S/4HANA knowledge is an advantage.
