About the role:

As an HR Specialist, you will join an international HR team and provide day-to-day support to German-speaking employees. You will be responsible for handling HR requests, preparing employee documentation and ensuring a high level of service.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional HR support to German-speaking employees and handle day-to-day HR requests.

  • Prepare and maintain HR documentation, including contracts, certificates and reference letters.

  • Ensure effective communication with internal and external customers, maintaining high service and quality standards.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to optimize HR processes.

  • Follow internal procedures and keep process documentation up to date.

  • Support the onboarding and knowledge-sharing activities within the team.

  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Team Leader or Manager.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international SSC or BPO environment.

  • Very good German (C1) and good English (min. B1).

  • Customer-oriented and proactive approach, with a focus on process improvement.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
