lead and support finance transformation initiatives, ensuring delivery of agreed scope, timeline, and budget across end-to-end project streams,
contribute to and drive design and execution of Target Operating Models, process redesign, and maturity assessments within finance functions,
deliver transformation programs across Order-to-Cash, Credit-to-Cash, and Receivables processes with a focus on measurable business outcomes,
engage directly with senior client stakeholders, facilitating workshops, presentations, and decision-making sessions,
support sales and delivery of transformation engagements, including ERP implementations, automation programs, and shared services/GBS setups,
assess and recommend improvements in finance technology landscapes, including ERP and automation tools (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle, RPA platforms),
apply and promote structured transformation methodologies and assets (e.g., DGEM, ESOAR, intelligent automation frameworks),
contribute to RFI/RFP responses and support solution shaping and client negotiations where required,
stay current with developments in finance technology and translate them into actionable client recommendations.
minimum 10 years of experience in finance transformation or finance consulting roles,
strong end-to-end knowledge of finance processes, particularly Order-to-Cash, Credit-to-Cash, and Receivables,
practical experience with GBS, SSC, or BPO operating models,
proven track record of leading complex transformation projects with full accountability for scope, team, budget, and delivery,
hands-on experience with at least one major ERP system (SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, or Oracle), with exposure to S/4HANA implementations preferred,
understanding of finance automation and SaaS tools (e.g., BlackLine, HighRadius, Serrala, RPA solutions, intelligent automation platforms),
experience working directly with senior stakeholders in client-facing roles, including workshops and executive presentations,
strong involvement in process redesign and solution design focused on business outcomes rather than only cost reduction,
experience with RFI/RFP processes and commercial discussions is an advantage,
fluent English (minimum C1 level), both written and spoken.
