Payroll Specialist with German

Join an international team responsible for delivering accurate and compliant payroll services across global markets. In this role, you will focus on payroll input management, gross salary calculations, validation and reporting, ensuring high-quality results and timely processing.

• Collect, review and process payroll data, including employee changes, working time, absences, bonuses, allowances and overtime,

• Prepare and validate gross payroll calculations, investigate discrepancies and coordinate necessary corrections,

• Handle exceptional payroll cases, including retroactive payments, arrears and off-cycle adjustments,

• Maintain accurate payroll records and system data in line with established procedures and deadlines,

• Ensure compliance with applicable payroll regulations and local labor law requirements,

• Prepare regular and ad-hoc payroll reports and support audits and quality checks,

• Respond to payroll-related questions and cooperate with clients, vendors and internal HR teams.

• At least 2 years of experience in international or global payroll processing, including the full payroll cycle,

• University degree or equivalent qualification,

• German and English proficiency at B2 level or above,

• Good understanding of gross payroll calculations, payroll validation and end-to-end payroll processes,

• Knowledge of payroll regulations, including taxable and non-taxable earnings, statutory contributions, overtime and leave-related payments,

• Strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail and a structured approach to deadlines,

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with an international team.
