Programista Analityk (F/M)

Our client is leading a large-scale digital transformation initiative focused on modernizing enterprise systems, driving cloud adoption, and evolving business-critical applications toward scalable, microservices-based architecture.

• Analyzing business and technical requirements, identifying gaps or inconsistencies, and proposing improvements,

• collaborating with analysts, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions,

• participating in integration and regression testing, validating system functionality, and analyzing data using SQL.

• At least 2 years of experience as an Analyst within an IT environment,

• knowledge of process and requirements modeling using UML, BPMN, or User Story Mapping,

• ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and gather, clarify, and document business requirements,

• experience in preparing specifications for changes in IT systems,

• practical knowledge of SQL for data analysis and validation,

• strong knowledge of Angular (minimum 5 years of experience),

• strong knowledge of Java or Kotlin (minimum 5 years of experience),

• experience working with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Hibernate (minimum 2 years of experience),

• familiarity with Git and Maven.
