Senior Test Engineer

• prepare and execute functional, integration, system, and regression tests for EV charging systems,

• develop test scenarios based on product requirements and technical specifications,

• identify, document, and verify defects in collaboration with engineering teams,

• support software releases and investigate customer-reported issues,

• improve testing processes and support junior team members.

• 4-5 years of experience in software testing, preferably in embedded systems,

• strong hands-on experience in manual, exploratory, regression, and system testing,

• ability to analyze defects and prepare clear, detailed bug reports,

• ability to design test scenarios with limited documentation,

• good understanding of testing methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC),

• technical degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Software Engineering, or a related field,

• experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools,

• good command of English, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have

• experience testing EVs or DC charging systems,

• knowledge of EV charging standards and protocols, including OCPP, CCS, and CHAdeMO,

• basic knowledge of Python or another scripting language,

• familiarity with Robot Framework,

• SEP electrical qualifications and a Category B driving license,

• experience mentoring or supporting junior testers.
