System Architect (M/F)

Our client is leading a large-scale digital transformation initiative focused on modernizing enterprise systems, driving cloud adoption, and evolving business-critical applications toward scalable, microservices-based architecture.

• Designing and developing system architecture based on Java and Spring,

• defining and executing migration strategies from monolithic architecture to microservices,

• collaborating with development teams on the design and implementation of new solutions,

• establishing and evolving architectural standards while ensuring their consistent adoption,

• providing technical guidance, mentoring, and consulting support to development teams,

• participating in feasibility assessments, system roadmap planning, and technology risk evaluation,

• managing technical debt and recommending improvement initiatives,

• supporting the adoption of DevOps practices, automation, and modern software delivery processes.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in system architecture design,

• strong knowledge of Java and Spring,

• experience in designing microservices-based and distributed architectures,

• solid understanding of architectural and integration patterns, as well as Domain-Driven Design (DDD),

• experience with cloud technologies and infrastructure automation,

• practical knowledge of Event-Driven Architecture and API Governance,

• experience with system monitoring and observability practices,

• ability to conduct architectural reviews, code reviews, and mentoring activities,

• English proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
