Technical Coordinator

• coordinate and prioritize the daily work of Deployment and Service Engineers,

• plan, assign, and monitor technical tasks to ensure timely and high-quality execution,

• oversee integration, deployment, testing, and service activities for complex electronic systems,

• ensure readiness of equipment, firmware, and configurations before integration and customer deliveries,

• coordinate technical issue analysis, troubleshooting, escalation, and resolution,

• act as the primary interface between the engineering team and R&D, ensuring effective communication and knowledge flow,

• maintain technical documentation, reports, checklists, and status updates,

• support field operations, customer deployments, demonstrations, and technical presentations,

• drive technical discipline, process compliance, and continuous improvement within the team.

• minimum 3 years of experience in technical project coordination, system integration, service engineering, electronics, embedded systems, or a related technical field,

• previous experience leading or coordinating technical teams,

• understanding of electronics and complex hardware-software systems,

• ability to analyze technical issues, structure problems, and coordinate effective solutions,

• experience working with technical documentation, procedures, reports, and checklists,

• proficiency with Jira and Confluence,

• strong technical writing and communication skills,

• proactive, accountable, and result-oriented approach to work,

• willingness to travel internationally when required,

• English and Ukrainian at B2 level or higher.

Nice to have:

• experience with UAVs, robotics, automotive, industrial automation, or other complex technical products,

• knowledge of embedded Linux, firmware management, or acceptance testing (FAT/SAT),

• understanding of production processes, QA, verification, and configuration management.
