For over 16 years, we have been developing our offices in Katowice and Wrocław. During this time, we have built a stable structure with more than 120 employees — and we’re still growing.
ARCHE consultants, working within teams such as Engineering/Manufacturing, Sales/Finance, IT, and SSC/BPO/ITO, conduct recruitment projects for the largest companies across Poland.
We focus on technological development. Our work is supported by a proprietary CRM system, and candidates can use personalized accounts that make it easier to search for job offers that match their interests.
What does the job look like?
- A friendly environment where everyone can be themselves and where we support and motivate one another,
- 8-hour workday between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. – you can start anytime between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.,
- hybrid, on-site, or remote work – depending on individual arrangements,
- each of us has the freedom to organize our work, set our own schedule, and plan daily tasks,
- we use an intuitive, proprietary system that allows us to work quickly and effectively.
