ARCHE CONSULTING has received funding for the project:
Implementation of an intelligent system for managing and analyzing candidates’ personality profiles using an artificial intelligence algorithm
financed by the European Union under the European Funds for Silesia 2021–2027 program (European Regional Development Fund) for the Priority: FESL.01.00 – European Funds for Smart Development and Action: FESL.01.08 – Digital Innovations in SMEs.
The aim of the project is to create a CRM system based on modern technologies, enabling integration with advanced algorithms and artificial intelligence, designed for managing and analyzing candidates’ personality profiles during recruitment processes.
In IT system design, data security is a critical aspect, especially in light of strict personal data protection regulations. To address these challenges, we plan to implement a system equipped with advanced technologies and practices to ensure maximum security and confidentiality for our Clients’ and Candidates’ data.
The project will result in a significant increase in digitization and automation of the recruitment processes conducted by our company. The introduction of new technologies will enable better strategic planning based on collected and analyzed data.
The system will benefit all parties involved in the recruitment process.
The project strongly supports the objectives of FE SL 2021–2027 under Action FESL.01.08 – Digital Innovations in SMEs, by introducing highly specialized digital solutions in SMEs. As a result of the project, the company will implement digitalization and business process automation within its operations.
The project, carried out by Arche Consulting as part of the Silesian Voivodeship development strategy “SILESIA 2030 – Green Silesia”, reflects the region’s commitment to responsible economic development with an emphasis on innovation, ecology, and business process efficiency. The project also aligns with strategic directions such as economic diversification and the development of the Industry 4.0 economy.
