Recruitment Methods We Use:

Our Candidate Database is a direct source of information about potential candidates. It is continuously updated and based on a modern IT system using AI, which allows us to quickly identify professionals with the required skills and experience.

We maintain an extensive network of contacts across various industries. This enables us to stay up to date with developments in specific sectors and gain access to reliable and recommended candidates.

We use a variety of direct search methods, carefully selected and tailored to the specific requirements of our clients. This approach allows us to recommend candidates who are precisely matched to the position.

Job advertisements remain one of the most popular ways of activating candidates. We regularly publish job postings on both Polish and international job portals, as well as on our company website.

Our internal know-how, built on many years of experience and passion for recruitment, enables us to meet even the most demanding client expectations and find creative solutions for complex recruitment projects.

Selection Methods We Use:

Depending on the nature of the role and its requirements, we conduct competency-based and behavioral interviews. Each interview is carefully structured to obtain as much relevant information as possible about a candidate’s hard and soft skills, from the perspective of the job requirements.

We apply tests tailored to each recruitment project, taking into account the preferences and requirements of our clients. We use both our own assessment tools and external tests, continuously expanding our range of solutions.

At the client’s request, we conduct Assessment Center sessions, enabling a comprehensive evaluation of candidates’ competencies. These sessions include both individual tasks (e.g., case studies, fact-finding exercises, in-basket tasks) and group activities (e.g., discussions, presentations, simulations, collaborative tasks and leadership exercises).

Reference checks allow us to recommend candidates who best match the role requirements and have proven their performance in previous positions.
