Finance Business Partner

Our client is a leading European manufacturer of PVC windows, aluminium windows/doors, and roller shutters.

We are currently looking for an independent Finance Business Partner reporting directly to Finance Director.

• oversight of operational and financial performance, including cost control and efficiency analysis,
• support in budgeting, forecasting (CAPEX/OPEX), and production/inventory planning processes,
• analysis of KPIs, variances, and financial risks with recommendations for corrective actions,
• preparation of management reports, ad hoc analyses, and ensuring data quality,
• business partnering with operations and site management to support decision-making and performance improvement,
• participation in strategic planning and operational finance projects, driving process optimization and best practices.

• degree in finance, economics, or management (preferably controlling/operational finance)
• min. 5 years of experience in operational or production finance/business partnering
• strong analytical, financial modeling, and data interpretation skills
• knowledge of production processes, cost management, and KPI analysis
• experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and analytical tools (e.g. Power BI), advanced Excel skills
• fluent English - strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
